In an effort to better serve our clients one at a time, SplusE has developed an efficient and effective approach to managing the short sale process for you and your clients.
In forging an alliance with SplusE you have the following Partnership Programs to choose from:
SplusEquitable Partnership
Commission Split: Total Compensation to be split equally between brokerage/agent split 50/50.
Equitable Team approach to Short Sale Management (Front-End and Back-end Roles)
1. As the Listing agent you manage the front-end: (listing docs, MLS input, signage, lockbox etc.)
2. Assist in Client Document Collection process and upload to SplusE server sites; facilitate communication between buyer’s agent and client (ongoing basis)
3. SplusE manages the back-end including but not limited to: client intake, consultation, underwriting, audit, submittal, lender-client follow up, negotiating activities and closing coordination.
4. Roles and specific responsibilities established as part of a Partnership Plan; to be developed between listing agent and SplusE.
SplusEnlist Partnership
1. Enlist a client: If you don’t want to be involved in the transaction, and you just want
to enlist a client with our services on a referral basis, we will pay you 20% of gross listing brokerage commission.2. Referral Agreement will be signed upon execution of listing agreement with referred client.
SplusE.a.s.e Partnership
1. The E.A.S.E. partnership allows you to engage SplusE as an independent 3rd party negotiator for existing short sale transactions. A 1% service fee will be paid to SplusE upon the Close of Escrow (all other commission amounts remain the same)
2. E= Escalate; introducing an objective 3rd party to negotiate a static or slow negotiation is an effective strategy to overcoming disagreement or settlement objections.
3. A= Alternative; consideration for new or modified terms, new ideas, proposals, or resourceful options.
4. S=Solutions; a renewed focus on the solutions for all parties and center of the target emphasis on gaining agreement of solutions from all parties.
5. E=Expedite; obtain short sale approvals more effectively and efficiently. Often times we can obtain lender approvals much faster as a result of our systems, tools, lender relationships and conflict resolution methods.

6. What SplusE doesn’t do:
✔ We do not buy, trade, exchange, deed or make any other related legal changes in disposition to your client’s property
✔ We DO NOT work with investors who will buy or seek to take advantage of your client/s.
✔ We DO NOT have any investment interest in your client/s property
✔ We DO NOT advise clients on legal issues related to Bankruptcy, Tax Law or other related Tax/Legal Issues.
